- Provide students with guidance during their adjustment to college life
- Encourage students to keep in good academic standing
- Assist students in their social, cultural, and academic transition at TCNJ
- Familiarize students with the College’s community and resources
Mentoring on the Move
PMP students have the opportunity to attend conferences such as the National Conference on Race & Ethnicity in Higher Education; African American, Asian American/Pacific Islander, Chicano, Hispanic, and Latino Student Leadership Conference; National Society of Black Engineers Conference; Latinx Leads, United Collegiate Women’s Leadership Conference, and more. PMP students have traveled to Texas, California, Florida, and Washington, DC, to attend these leadership experiences. PMP students are also supported as they seek and complete academic research.
